New Partners for 2025-26 NBA Season…
The 2025-26 NBA season tip-off is just around the corner—or, in basketball terms, a couple of giraffe necks away! The league has stirred lots of excitement by unveiling the new broadcasting schedule. With the new season set to start October 21, the Los Angeles Lakers will face off against the Golden State Warriors in a thrilling doubleheader. Forget TNT, because new TV buddies NBC, Peacock, and Amazon Prime will share NBA games like a group of friends passing the last slice of pizza. Meanwhile, ESPN and ABC continue their primetime rule, borrowing some games from TNT’s stash.
This year, the Lakers are practically digital celebrities with 34 national TV games! NBC and Peacock are set to air games on Sundays and Tuesdays. Games on Peacock each Monday are exclusive, so don’t miss them unless you’ve really been abducted by aliens—as everyone else will be watching the Lakers tangle with the Phoenix Suns and others. Amazon Prime joins the TV circus with exclusive rights to Thursdays, promising more thrills than trying to keep a basketball on a trampoline. George Washington may not have crossed the Prime but for the rest of us, it’s a slam dunk choice!
