Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson is still dazzling us off the court, just like he did on it. Despite his ties to LeBron James, who he convinced to bring his superhero skills to the Lakers, Magic is still rooting for Michael Jordan in the GOAT debate. Magic compared Jordan’s iconic 1991 Finals move to discovering a unicorn that made espresso – it’s just that magical! Though he thinks LeBron is an epic player, he says no one can match Jordan’s gravity-defying flair, including the famous mid-air tongue waggle.
Deciding the greatest NBA player is like trying to choose your favorite type of pizza—very subjective, yet deliciously debatable! Magic’s opinion is shaped by many battles against Jordan himself. LeBron, however, is still racing up the greatness ladder faster than a caffeinated cheetah on rollerblades.
