Second-half surge halts Jazz scoring storm
JJ Redick credited the Lakers’ improved second-half defense in their win over the Jazz, after surrendering 78 first-half points to a Markkanen-less Utah. Bench energy from Vanderbilt, LaRavia, and Maxi turned the tide.
As Redick joked later, the first-half defense was so loose it could’ve doubled as airport security.
